What’s your return policy?Updated a month ago

All eligible items may be within 30 days of order delivery for a refund or store credit.  Return items must be:

• In new, unused condition.
• In their original packaging.
• Accompanied by the original packing slip.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

You can expect your refund to be processed within 5 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.

Ineligible Returns

We are unable to accept returns on items that are labeled Final Sale at the time of purchase.  The following product categories are not eligible for return or refund.  All Final Sale items are clearly noted on individual product pages:

• Sale/Clearance Items
• Seasonal & Holiday Items
• Samples and swatches
